Transport, fuel  and driver labour cost are a massive overhead in todays world - we need to make a delivery charge of £10 - 25 depending on location.  

Some locations are time consuming or further to deliver to and use more fuel.

Some remote locations on the outskirts of the South Hams we do not deliver to.

We have a responsibility to the environment and need have a full truck,  planning a route with multiple area deliveries on, therefore delivery will normally be within a few days - so please don't let your Firewood run right out before ordering.

Our Firewood is delivered loose in a tipper vehicle and tipped off the back - SO PLEASE BE SURE YOUR SHRUBS AND TREES ARE CAREFULLY PRUNED BACK SO WE DO NOT DAMAGE OUR VEHICLE WHEN WE DELIVER. 

If you could also ensure all vehicles, dustbins, ornaments etc. are clear of the area we need to access to tip your Firewood - before we arrive, that would be great.    

We have 2 delivery slots each day:

Morning       8 am   -   1 pm             We are unable to give specific delivery times

Afternoon    1 pm   -   6 pm              but can text on the day of delivery.

                                                                                                                           Most people move their logs themselves to the point of storage using a plastic wheelbarrow or garden coloured plastic tub with handles each side.

If you are paying COD - please ensure you have the correct payment ready for the arrival of your Firewood delivery.
